Itinerary

Arrive in Delhi

Delhi

Arrive in Delhi, the first stop on your excursion through the Golden Triangle. Explore Humayun’s Tomb, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and original inspiration for the Taj Mahal. Continue to Lodhi Gardens for a serene walk before enjoying North-Western Indian cuisine for dinner. The next day, embark on a private guided tour of the highlights of Delhi. In the morning visit the Red Fort, a symbol of Mughal power, and one of the largest mosques in India, Jama Masjid. Carry on to Raj Ghat, the memorial to Mahatma Gandhi and tour Qutub Minar and the astonishing Lotus Temple.

Agra

Transfer to the historic city of Agra, home to some of the world’s most iconic UNESCO World Heritage Sites. Begin with a visit to the magnificent Agra Fort, a sprawling red sandstone fortress that echoes the grandeur of the Mughal Empire. Wander through its palatial halls, intricate courtyards, and royal chambers steeped in history. Then, rise early the next morning to witness the ethereal beauty of the Taj Mahal at dawn. This experience is heightened as the soft morning light bathes the marble monument in a golden glow, allowing you to take in its splendor before the crowds arrive.

Jaipur

Complete your circuit in Jaipur, where after settling into your hotel you can enjoy free time exploring the Hawa Mahal (Palace of Winds) and local bazaars for high-end Rajasthani handicrafts, jewelry, and textiles. The following day, take a private tour of the rooms, museums, and courtyards inside the City Palace, the last-existing Indian palace that has remained home to a ruling royal family. Complete the day with a stop at the beautiful Nahargarh Fort for a panoramic view of Jaipur at sunset.

Make sure to take advantage of the luxury spa at your hotel before the transfer back to Delhi on your way home.
