Arrive in Spain

Ibiza & Formentera: Dalt Villa, the North Coast & a Day at Sea

Arrive in Ibiza and meet your private driver before a guided walking tour of Dalt Vila, the island’s UNESCO-listed old town. Wander 2,500 years of history through narrow, winding cobbled streets, high ramparts, and sweeping panoramic views across the island.

The next day brings a full-day private excursion through Ibiza’s untouched north, including the village of Santa Eulalia, the dramatic cliffs of Aguas Blancas, and the coastal road to Cala San Vicente, passing through the traditional Ibicenco villages of San Juan and San Miguel.

On the third day, board a private boat with captain and crew bound for Formentera, sailing around the island to its bluest waters and clearest coves. Choose between gourmet catering on board, swimming at leisure, or your captain’s recommendation for the island’s best seafood paella.

Palma de Majorca: Old Town, Leisure & the Tramontana Coast

Fly privately arranged to Mallorca, where a private guide leads a half-day tour of Palma’s old town, courtyards, and elegant shopping streets around Plaza de la Reina. Visit Bellver Castle, one of Europe’s few circular Gothic castles, and the Cathedral of Santa María, known as La Seu, built on the site of a former Arab mosque.

The following day is free to enjoy the hotel’s grounds and surroundings — a morning overlooking the Mediterranean, a spa treatment, or time on a private beach, with personalized excursions available for the more adventurous.

On the third day, a full-day private tour explores Mallorca’s spectacular west coast, beginning in Valldemossa — once home to Chopin and George Sand — before reaching the viewpoint of Na Foradada and the mountain village of Deià. Continue along the coastal road into the Sóller Valley, framed by the Tramontana mountains and centuries-old olive, orange, and lemon groves.

Torre Canyamel, Majorca: Gastronomy, Caves & Island Relaxation

Travel inland to Mallorca’s Pla region, once considered the island’s pantry, for a hands-on cooking workshop. Sample local specialties like sobrassada, cheese, and honey before preparing a full meal — first course, main, and dessert — using recipes passed down through generations, paired with local wine.

The next day, a private full-day excursion to Porto Cristo uncovers the Drach Caves and Lake Martel, one of the largest underground lakes in the world, with a classical music performance on the lake followed by a boat ride. Continue to the natural harbour of Porto Cristo, with free time to relax on the beach or visit a local pearl factory.

The final full day is left open for pure relaxation — lounge by the pool, enjoy a gourmet lunch at the hotel’s restaurant, and close the trip with a romantic dinner as the sun sets over Mallorca.
