Arrive in Spain

Madrid: Arrival, Flamenco & the Prado

Arrive in Madrid and settle in before an unforgettable evening at El Corral de la Morería, one of the world’s most celebrated flamenco stages. Enjoy a curated dinner menu with wine before watching a flamenco performance in a setting that has hosted some of the discipline’s most legendary names, just steps from the Royal Palace.

The next day, spend the morning with a private guide exploring Madrid’s grand avenues and monuments — the Royal Palace, Plaza Mayor, Puerta del Sol, and Gran Vía — before a private tour of the Prado Museum, home to masterworks by Velázquez and Goya. In the afternoon, follow a private vermut route through Madrid’s most storied taverns, pairing the city’s beloved aperitif with three classic tapas.

Rueda & Ribera del Duero: Wine Country Begins

Travel by private vehicle through the vast plains of Tierra de Campos to Rueda, home to Spain’s benchmark white wine and the native verdejo grape. Walk through Rueda’s labyrinthine wine caves before a top-range tasting at a leading local winery, followed by a gourmet lunch at a Michelin-starred restaurant tucked into the countryside.

The following day is spent immersed in Ribera del Duero, one of Spain’s most prestigious wine regions. Visit a small family-run winery to learn the secrets of traditional winemaking, followed by a mid-size estate near the celebrated Vega Sicilia. The day concludes at a larger producer for a guided cellar tour, wine tasting, and a memorable lunch showcasing the region’s gastronomy.

Burgos & La Rioja: The Kingdom of Castilla-León & the Essence of Wine Country

Travel to Burgos, once the capital of the unified kingdom of Castilla-León, with your private guide. Discover the city’s medieval splendour along the Pilgrim’s Road to Santiago de Compostela, including a visit to the UNESCO-listed Burgos Cathedral, a masterpiece of Spanish Gothic architecture, before continuing on to La Rioja for the night.

The next day, explore La Rioja’s 12,000 hectares of vineyards and monumental medieval villages on a private wine tour featuring two distinct estates. Visit a historic winery with over 150 years of history at Haro’s Railway Station Wine District, followed by a boutique, multigenerational winery blending tradition with modern winemaking. A three-course lunch at a local restaurant completes the day.
