The following itineraries offer a general glimpse of what a group religion and faith based journey through Italy can look like. We’ve kept the details light, as every trip we design is fully bespoke. Assisi, Rome & Sorrento:
Day 1: Overnight Travel
Depart for an overnight flight to Rome, beginning our pilgrimage journey.
Day 2: Assisi (Umbira)
Arrive in Rome and transfer to Assisi, with Mass at Santa Maria degli Angeli and a welcome dinner centered on prayer and reflection.
Day 3 : Assisi (Umbria)
Spend the day exploring Assisi’s sacred sites, including the Basilica of St. Francis, with guided visits, personal prayer time, and evening reflection.
Day 4: Rome
Travel to Rome and enjoy an introductory walking tour of historic and spiritual landmarks in the heart of the Eternal City.
Day 5: Vatican City & Rome
Visit Vatican City with guided tours of the Vatican Museums, Sistine Chapel, and St. Peter’s Basilica, followed by Mass at Santa Maria Maggiore.
Day 6: Rome
Explore ancient Christian Rome with guided visits to the Colosseum and Roman Forum, concluding with a group dinner.
Day 7: Rome
Enjoy a free day in Rome for personal exploration, prayer, shopping, or optional site visits.
Day 8: Montecassino & Sorrento
Travel south with prayer stops at St. John Lateran and the Abbey of Montecassino before arriving in Sorrento for evening relaxation.
Day 9: Sorrento (Amalfi Coast)
Participate in a retreat-style day with morning reflection, Mass in town, and leisure time by the gardens or pool.
Day 10: Capri & Sorrento
Take a scenic excursion to Capri followed by a farewell dinner celebrating the pilgrimage experience.
Day 11: Departure
Depart early for Rome airport and return home, concluding the pilgrimage.
