Arrive in Vancouver

Whistler

With its towering peaks, crystal-clear lakes, and picturesque village, Whistler is one of Canada’s premier outdoor destinations. Known for its world-class ski slopes, the town transforms in summer, offering mountain biking, and breathtaking trails, and hiking for nature lovers. Students can spend the day paddle boarding, hiking, and enjoying some stunning gondola views before cozying up at an evening campfire. Whistler’s lively “Village” adds to the allure, with its fascinating history, boutique shops, and excellent dining options. Beautiful Whistler offers the perfect combination of natural beauty and community spirit.

  • Alta Lake: Enjoy paddle boarding and polar dips on the serene waters and surrounding mountains of Alta Lake

Vancouver

Beautiful Vancouver, nestled between the Pacific Ocean and majestic mountains, is a paradise for outdoor education. The city is known for its stunning green spaces, including Stanley Park, where walking and cycling trails lead to breathtaking waterfront views.  Nearby Grouse mountain offers students an opportunity to challenge themselves on the 2.9 kilometre uphill hike. Students have the opportunity to explore the streets of Granville Island, a hub of local artists and fresh produce, or enjoy a relaxing stroll along the scenic Seawall, the longest uninterrupted waterfront path in the world. With its rich array of nature activities, a trip to Vancouver offers students many learning opportunities.
