Itinerary
Arrive in Delhi
Delhi
Touch down in Delhi, the capital of India, and step into a cultural, historical, and political hub. In Delhi, students will experience a city where tradition and modernity coexist in fascinating harmony, as Delhi is known for its striking contrasting nature. One side of the city gives way to ancient monuments like the Red Fort, Jama Masjid, and Qutub Minar, which stand tall and serve as reminders of Delhi’s rich medieval and Mughal past, telling stories of empires, emperors, and conquerors that once ruled the land. The narrow and bustling lanes of Old Delhi are lined with centuries-old markets, authentic street food vendors, and rickshaws that weave through the crowds.
Close by, the city transitions into a world of high-end shopping malls, high-rise office buildings, and upscale neighbourhoods. Here, luxury boutiques, international brands, and fancy restaurants cater to a cosmopolitan lifestyle. The modern architecture is juxtaposed against the backdrop of older structures, which makes the skyline of Delhi a testament to how Delhi has evolved over time.

In contrast to the hustle and bustle of larger cities such as Delhi, Agra offers a quieter, more traditional charm complimented by a laid-back pace of life. The streets are decorated but not overwhelming, lined with local markets, bazaars, and narrow lanes where you can find textiles, leather goods, and intricate handicrafts. Agra is also a treasure trove of historic landmarks, filled with impressive mosques, tombs, and centuries-old architecture that speak to the city’s rich Mughal Past.

Jaipur
Continue your travels to Jaipur, the capital of the Indian state of Rajasthan and often referred to as the “Pink City” because of its distinctive rose-colored buildings. Jaipur’s charm lies in its perfect blend of traditional Indian heritage with modern influence. Jaipur has managed to preserve its royal history and rich past while adapting to the contemporary world.
Founded in 1727 by Maharaja Jai Singh II, a ruler and astronomer, Jaipur was one of the first ever planned cities in India and was meticulously designed according to traditional Hindu architectural principles with wide streets, distinct neighborhoods, and a layout that is both practical and beautiful. Jaipur is also home to forts and palaces such as the Amber Fort, Hawa Mahal, and City Palace, all of which reflect the grandeur and opulence of the Rajput era.
